Eswatini

The small landlocked country, formerly Swaziland, with land borders only with Mozambique and South Africa. Our visit to this country was limited to a few days and we used the time to observe rhinos and nyalas, among many other animal species. A spotted hyena took pleasure particular in my shoes and carried one of them off during the night. The next day the shoe reappeared with many bit marks. It was probably the same animal that we met on the way in our accommodation during the night, followed us discreetly on our way to dinner.
